Obtaining and Enforcing Judgments

If a debt was incurred in, we will file suit against the debtor and work to obtain a judgment. Upon obtaining the judgment, we will then work to satisfy the judgment, be it by garnishment, execution and sheriffs' sales, levy, attachment or other legal means. We will take every step necessary to locate and seize assets. Our firm also domesticates and enforces judgments. If a judgment was obtained in another state or country, our law firm will work to domesticate the judgment and take all steps necessary to enforce the judgment.
